What is the role?
As their first Product Manager you will have a unique role within the team. You will look at the long-term vision of the company and create a clear and comprehensive roadmap on how best to achieve this. You will work with third party companies providing you with the development of your products. You will be the key in helping them to become a market leader as you add innovative, technology led products an bring their digital vison to life!
Your skills need to include:
- Product development experience
- Project management experience/knowledge
- Experience with migrating back-office systems (desired)
- Experience of implementing and delivering a digital strategy
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, and negotiating skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience across multiple digital channels in relation to usability and customer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively across a diverse set of teams towards product launch campaigns.
