Requirements:
- Social work England Registration
- Social Work Qualification
- Enhanced DBS
- Extensive Social Work experience in Referral & assessment, Section 47s and Intake
- Access to a vehicle
NonStop's client is a local authority in the West Midlands is seeking experienced Senior Social Workers for the assessment and short term intervention team, where you will take the lead role in our relationship-based, family-led practice model.
As a qualified social worker within the team you will manage a complex caseload, as well as providing technical and professional expertise.
You will work within our relationship-based, trauma informed family-led practice model. We will be confident in your social work practice and be able to make informed decisions. You will be a highly skilled assessor who understands statutory requirements, as well as implementing, monitoring and reviewing children's well being and play a key role within multi-agency meetings.
