Referral Assessment & Intervention Service- Good Ofsted- £37 (Contract)

NonStop Care is currently working with a well established authority in the East Midlands, who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Assessment team in First Response Childrens' Duty team.

They have a permanent workforce, with no agency staff over the last six months and Due to having such high staff retention, you will have the comfort of joining a team with experienced staff/ management helping you along the way . They have achieved a Good Ofsted report which shows their good practice meaning you have the satisfaction of knowing you are making a positive change within your community.

They have an engaged senior management team who will routinely spend time with you to understand the challenges you face and how they can support you in your role / to achieve your development goals and further your career.

• Contract/ Full-time
• Paid up to £38/hr- experience dependent
• Flexible, hybrid working arrangement. This gives you the ability to work from the most effective location and balance work with other life commitments.
• Our front door workers consistently have an average case load of under 10, giving them the space to really engage with the children and families they work with.

• Progression to become senior becomes easier since you will be working close with management
• Working alongside stable staff , very high staff retention
• Intake every 4 weeks

Responsibilities:

The team works with families when there is a need for a Child and Family Assessment and work to effect change and enable the families to build their resilience and wherever possible, remain together.

Requirements:

The role requires a recognised social work qualification and relevant post-qualification experience and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 2 years minimum post qualified experience as a social worker, ideally within R&A/ Assessment/Front door Experience.
