Salary: circa £45k + Package

My Client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Health and Safety Manager to join their Health & Safety and Environmental Management team. You be a key member of the Health and Safety team, working with the existing Senior HSE team management to ensure the effective delivery of safety management throughout the company. The Projects you will be working on are mainly residential so experience in this sector would be an advantage.

As Health and Safety Manager, the key duties will include:

• Creation of HSE document folders for new and current projects
• Project site inspections and audits for the project
• Collection and analysis information, and creation of reports.
• You will also assist with a range of practical and technical tasks on all projects, with locations including Central London and the Home Counties.
• Review of F10's and project design.

It is vital that the ideal candidate can demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a professional team. You must be self-disciplined with the ability to manage and control your own diary and workload. The ideal candidate must have ample experience in managing H&S teams in a Construction environment. They must be confident and focused, and have experience in writing and submitting construction phase plans and other documents required by contractors. The role would suit a Health and Safety professional with over 3/5 year's experience who is looking for a company that holds the development of their staff at the heart of everything they do. You will need to hold NEBOSH Construction Certificate and be experienced in applying these principles.

Salary: £45K + package.
