Daniel Owen is seeking a dedicated Business Support Officer for a temporary role at our Clients Hub in Willenhall. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to contribute to the efficient functioning of the community until March 2025.
Daily Tasks:
- Attend meetings with the Early Help and Social Care Team, accurately transcribing meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking taxis, hotels, rail tickets, and flights.
- Handle financial transactions responsibly, including payments for families and other financial matters.
- Act as the first point of contact for phone calls and be the go-to person for internal and external inquiries.
- Organise and manage documents systematically.
- Manage and distribute bus scratch cards efficiently.
- Assist with food bank vouchers to help those in need.
- Process orders and payments for birth certificates and passports.
- Maintain an organised calendar by managing appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle room bookings and ensure seamless coordination.
Requirements for the Business Support Officer Role:- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficient touch typing and effective communication.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Responsible handling of financial transactions.
- Proficient in calendar management.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
