I am currently recruiting for 2 call handlers on a temporary to permanent basis working with a large social housing company.
The ideal candidate will have previous call handling experience within a social housing or repairs background.
Daily Duties will include:
- Answering inbound calls from tenants.
- Liaising with residents in regards to repairs.
- Scheduling in repairs.
- Liaising with clients and sub contractors.
