Part time front-line telephony advisor with prior experience in a fast-paced call centre setting.
It is essential to have previous experience handling Council Tax, Business Rates, and Housing Benefits enquiries, though familiarity with NEC and Enterprise systems is highly desirable.
This position will primarily be office-based, with the possibility of transitioning to a remote work arrangement for up to three days a week once fully trained and operational.
