I’m currently working with a well-established law firm in Bolton where several exciting opportunities have arisen.
The are looking to recruit an experienced RTA Litigation Fee earner to join their well-established Litigation team.
Candidate
The ideal candidate will manage and handle their own litigated caseload which will consist of mainly fast track and multi-track litigated credit hire files with a small number of small claims credit hire files.
Requirements
Based in modern offices in Bolton town centre with great access and public transport links its convenient for commutes and has the benefit of free parking.

Requirements
- Previous experience as file handler/fee earner in RTA Personal Injury.
- Vehicle damage/Credit Hire experience is essential.
- In depth knowledge of Liability and Quantum.
- Ability to work to meet court deadlines.
- Proactively managing their task list and ensuring that the firm’s case management system is used properly.
- Working as part of a team as well as on an individual basis.
- Organisational and communication skills.
- Proclaim use desirable.
