Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Electrical Support Team for European IG, providing technical expertise and operational support for plant operations.
- Provide technical leadership and governance in the field of electrical equipment and systems, ensuring safe and economic plant operation.
- Contribute to the Global IG Electrical Community, collaborating on engineering standards, safety practices, and new technology development.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of MV and LV induction & synchronous motors/generators, switchgears, variable speed drive systems, power and distribution transformers, and instrument power distribution.
- At least 2 years of previous experience as a manager in big projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and take on a high level of responsibility and initiative.
