Supervising Social Worker (Permanent)

Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 + £1,200 Car allowance

Nonstop Care is working with a well established independent fostering agency, in the South, who is looking for a skilled supervising social worker to join their team on a permanent basis.

They have an Good Ofsted rating which means you'll be working with a team that values the highest standard of care. This will ensure an excellent work environment for you knowing you have supportive management that are determined to give the best care possible.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the quality of care and support foster carers, ensuring the children get the best care possible
• Manage a caseload in the Hampshire area.
• Responsible for assessments, supervision, and support to foster carers

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driving License
• Knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining.
• Experience working within the Social Care sector, preferably in fostering
