Temp Quantity Surveyor's responsibilities
Your job role will consist of many different responsibilities and roles.
- You will be assisting with weekly costs to complete/budget reviews with the contract delivery teams
- Ensure deadlines are in line with the monthly commercial calendar
- You will attend internal and external commercial review meetings
- Assisting with the production of management, information required and take responsibility for the accuracy of information (Provisions, Cash flows, Applications, etc.)
- Maximising value and minimising cost is major
- You must ensure that appropriate controls are in place to monitor and manage the operating cost base
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial performance reports
- Assisting with the management of the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
You should have great organisational skills and be able to eliminate costs, material quantities and keep on top of project time lines.
