As a Fit-Out Quantity Surveyor specialising in preconstruction and estimating with expeirence working on Commercial and Industrial projects, you will be responsible for managing the costs and contracts associated with fit-out projects during the preconstruction phase. Your primary focus will be on accurately estimating project costs, preparing tender documents, and providing expert advice on cost management to ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the required quality standards.
- MRICS qualification
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry in the UK
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects and involvement at tender stage
- Proven expertise in working with various types of JCT contracts
- Educational qualifications such as A-Levels, HND, NVQ, or Degree level
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform detailed calculations
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Outlook
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to work
- Attentive to detail with a commitment to getting things right the first time
- Strong organization and time management capabilities
