Job Description:
As the Geotechnical Design Director, you will lead the design team and play a crucial role in the development of their growing department. Currently, projects are 80% rail-focused, but they are aiming to diversify, reducing rail work to 40%. This shift will provide you with the exciting opportunity to apply your geotechnical design skills across various settings, including Rail, Residential, Domestic, Commercial, Forensic, Insurance, and Earthworks.

Requirements:
⦁ 10-15 years of relevant experience in geotechnical design.
⦁ Chartered status (CEng preferred, CGeol accepted).
⦁ Proven leadership skills to effectively lead the design team.

Salary and Benefits:
⦁ Salary matching some of the top in the industry.
⦁ Car allowance at £500 per month.
⦁ 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with plans to increase to 30 days plus bank holidays in the next 6-12 months.
⦁ Performance-based bonus structure.
⦁ 1 month per year fully remote working, can combine with annual leave allowing you to work aboard for a long period if desired.
