JOB DESCRIPTION:
My client who are an exciting Facilities Management company are looking for a Maintenance Plumber based in Tameside to join a growing team on a large static contract (3 buildings all within walking distance). They are looking for an experienced commercial Plumber who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role. This is a great opportunity with the opportunity to progress.
This role is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday. Week 1 is 7am - 3pm. Week 2 is 10am - 6pm. Overtime and on call is available.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Repair and replace fittings
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently
- Building relationships with client and contractors on site
Requirements for the role
- Experienced Commercial Plumber
- Mechanical qualifications / background
- Multi Skilled
- Reliable and can work as a team
On offer is a salary from £31,500 + holidays. Overtime and on call is also available.
