Costs Legal Director (Permanent)

As our Legal Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving success. Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Utilize your expertise to manage intricate costs cases with minimal supervision.

• Ensure precision and efficiency in cost assessments.

• Work closely with the Managing Director to shape the firm’s long-term vision and strategic goals.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of key initiatives.

• Lead and mentor a team of Costs Lawyers and support staff.

• Foster professional growth and excellence within the team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Cultivate connections with potential clients to expand the firm’s reach.

• Utilize your technical proficiency to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensure accuracy in cost calculations and reporting.

• Showcase your business acumen by maximizing billing opportunities.

 
You will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the UK, except for two annual meetings. You will have at least 7 years of Claimant costs experience, including some supervisory experience. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills.

The salary range for this role is £75,000 to £85,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
