What will I be doing?

  • Personalised Care: Assist residents with personal care and medication, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead shifts as the Officer in Charge, overseeing Rehabilitation Assistants to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work within a multi-disciplinary team, guided by care plans and risk assessments to meet resident's diverse needs effectively.

Requirements

  • Compassionate Nature: Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards residents, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and sleep-in duties, with the ability to assist at other locations if needed
  • Teamwork Skills: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, following protocols and guidelines to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
