NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the South West who are looking for a Team Manager to join their Localities Service on a part time basis.

This position is offering flexible hybrid working options, allowing you to manage your own diary and maximise the time spent in the comfort of your own home, meaning you'll create a fantastic work life balance.

Some responsibilities of this role include;

• As Team Manager you will oversee a team of Experienced Social Workers.
• Working closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers you will continue to improve the quality and development of the service.
• The Team Manager will positively influence the development of their team and staff and the experience of children, young people and their families.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
• An up to date DBS check
• Experience working in Safeguarding, ideally with holding management responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of the legislative framework and relevant guidance and procedures.
