NonStop's client, located in the West Midlands, is searching for a new Team Manager to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage a small group of Social Workers in the Sandwell area
  • Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed

Requirements:

  • Registered with Social Work England
  • A driver
  • Experience as a team manager within Fostering
  • Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
