You will be responsible for the development, growth, impact and sustainability of a suite of education and training programmes that engage people in the community and ultimately change lives and transform communities.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to provide leadership of the education and training programmes.

Key Accountabilities:

• Strategic leadership of education & training programmes.
• Operational management of education & training.
• Stakeholder engagement with education & training system partners.

It's essential you have experience in and can demonstrate the following:

• Working with senior leadership teams including leading/managing people
• Working within the education system
• Developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation projects
• Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
• Developing, managing and monitoring budgets
• An understanding of the education landscape in Wales

You will be an excellent communicator used to working with a diverse range of audiences and in different mediums. You will be able to effectively use data and insights to drive performance. An understanding of safeguarding within education is important too.
