As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be at the heart of our organisation, providing unparalleled administrative and secretarial support to our esteemed CEO, Executive Directors, Board Members, and the Senior Leadership Team. Your days will be filled with a diverse range of tasks, from managing the CEO's bustling diary to coordinating high-profile meetings with government officials, MPs, and other influential stakeholders.

Here's what your role will entail:

  • Comprehensive administrative support including minute-taking, word processing, and diary management.
  • Proactively managing the CEO's diary and coordinating internal meetings with precision.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure excellent external and internal customer service.
  • Conducting research and preparing reports to support business planning and development projects.
  • Handling public inquiries regarding the CEO with tact and professionalism.
  • Coordinating the CEO's actions, deadlines, and correspondence effectively.
  • Supporting the CEO and senior management with Board and Committee meetings.
  • Maintaining meticulous filing systems and providing information as required.
  • Assisting with internal and external communications, including presentations and correspondence.
  • Embracing health and safety best practices and promoting equality and diversity in all activities.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A good standard of education with strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritise effectively.
  • Exceptional customer care skills and a customer-centered approach to problem-solving.
  • Discretion, integrity, and the ability to uphold confidentiality at all times.
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Experience in preparing board papers, agendas, and minute-taking.
