Nonstop Care is working with a Outstanding Ofsted local authority that is looking for an experienced social worker to join their Family Safeguarding Team in the East of England.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work together with families to recognize the important changes needed in their daily lives and help them successfully implement these changes.
  • You'll have the chance to interact directly with children, gaining insight into what matters most to them.
  • You'll be able to participate in excellent reflective supervision in a multi-disciplinary setting, which will enhance information sharing and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent

Hold a professional Social Work qualification and registration (SWE)

  • Post-qualified experience across assessment and/or child protection
  • Ability to assess and manage risk, with a focus on service-users' safety and well-being
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Full drivers licence with vehicle access
