Daniel Owen are pleased to be working with one of the UK's leading Accident Repair & Servicing companies based in the South of England. We are currently in search of a General Manager to become a part of a dynamic, motivated and fast-growing team.

As the General Manager, your primary focus will revolve around optimising sales, meeting targets, and ensuring top-notch service for all our customers. You will have complete autonomy within your branch, with support from the local management team.

The ideal candidate should already be immersed in the automotive industry, possessing either Branch Manager experience or a background as an accomplished Motor Factor Parts Advisor/Assistant Branch Manager, seeking advancement.

Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Guaranteeing excellent service delivery to all customers.
  • Leading the branch team to excel in customer service, communication, and sales.
  • Efficient management of branch and operational expenses.
  • Oversight of stock control, including inventory management and adjustments.
  • Supervision of cash handling and management of designated customer accounts.
  • Assisting senior management in policy implementation and upkeep.
  • Clear communication of team objectives and goals.
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations across all branch aspects.
  • Upholding health and safety standards within the depot.
