JOB DESCRIPTION:
Facilities Assistant required for an immediate start in Liverpool. Our client is looking for an experienced, fast paced, and hardworking facilities assistant to join the team on a site in Liverpool. IMMEDIATE START. This is initially a contract role.
Working hours
Monday to Friday
8am-4pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Manage all the required day to day administration requirements
- Keeping site clean and tidy
- IT support
- Ensure any meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
- Work with other team members on site
- Host and assist with any internal and external visits and visitors on request
