The role:
You will be responsible for the Planned, Reactive and Preventative maintenance. Furthermore, you will be carrying out Preventative maintenance to all Ventilation, plumbing and heating and hot and cold water mechanical systems whilst providing accurate records of all preventative maintenance and repair work carried out.
