The role:
You will be responsible for servicing, callouts, remedial work and must be able to diagnose issues and resolve them quickly. Furthermore, you must be able to write up reports within two days and provide the correct photos or part numbers as necessary. This is a client facing role which means you must be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service experience.
