Salary: £22 per hour
A Plumber/Multi is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.
What does a Plumber/Multi role entail:
- General leak detection and fault finding
- Cut out and renew a section of a stack pipe/ between two floors
- Renew waste pipe back to stack
- Renew kitchen waste between two flats
- Cut out and renew cold down service
- Renew the mains drinking water between flats
- Remove and refit kitchen base units/ general carpentry
Requirements for the Plumber/Multi role:
- Must be able to deal with tenants/ have social housing experience
- Full UK Driving License (manual) - Mobile Role
