As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisations customers receive outstanding support and assistance throughout their journey. This office-based position demands a proactive, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage customer appointments, ensuring they are scheduled and communicated promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and construction teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer handovers, ensuring all documentation and information are provided accurately.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the construction or housing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic workload.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
