The Role

• You are responsible for checking feasibility, preparing quotations and documentation in accordance with customer requests.
• You ensure timely order processing in terms of adherence to deadlines, quality and costs.
• You have an active role in selling and following up on customer enquiries.
• Supervision and control of order-related replacement and subsequent deliveries as well as initiation and monitoring of incoming complaints and returns.
• You will take an active role in the continuous improvement of existing and future service offerings and services.
• You analyse and structure sales prices and live an active role in the maintenance and further development of the sales price calculation strategy.

Who are you?

• Your backpack is filled with a technical basic education (e.g. polymechanic, construction engineer, automation engineer), preferably with commercial experience or further training.
• You have several years of experience in international order processing, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Ideally, you have initial knowledge of the SAP modules SD/MM and have a good command of business German and English.
• You master the MS-Office program and the Windows platform.
