The Company

This educational establishment is located in a fantastic area of Guildford and offers a permanent job with great work life balance as the hours are 8am - 4.12pm Monday to Friday. The working facilities are superb and is an innovative and diverse environment with a team that is looking to develop and grow over the next 12 months.

They have both commercial and residential buildings which offers a variety of work in both planned and reactive maintenance on Mechanical.

The Role

For your position to be successful you should have as a minimum:

NVQ level 2 or 3 in plumbing Also be an AP (Authorised Person). As well as time served in this background.

You should also have a HnD or bachelors in mechanical engineering for your position to be successful.

You will be able to provide specialist and expert advice & guidance regarding mechanical maintenance strategies, root cause failure analysis & solutions, and project leadership/support in a Facility in Guildford.

You should ideally have 5 years experience in a similar background and be able to maintain and look after mechanical systems.

This is a senior role and will be both office based and out in the field, you will be managing mechanical systems within the facility.
