This educational establishment is located in a fantastic area of Guildford and offers a permanent job with great work life balance as the hours are 8am - 4.12pm Monday to Friday. They have both commercial and residential buildings which offers a variety of work in both planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical AHU systems.

The Role

You will be working in a team and be responsible for the reactive maintenance for the Air Handling Units within a facility in Guildford.

You will be undertaking planned and reactive maintenance.

You will be maintaining all mechanical systems, to current legislative requirements

You will ensure failing plant or assets are reported to the Help desk and plant areas are maintained in good condition.

You should hold these basic qualifications for your position to be successful.

- AHU. Plumbing NVQ level 3/ level 2/ or City and Guilds would be preferable.

HVAC mechanical experience and knowledge in the commercial/industrial sector

This job will be on a temporary to permanent basis.

Maintain all air filtration plant and associated equipment including but not limited to louvers, heating/cooling batteries, fan belts and dampers
