The role:
You will be a senior member of the team ensuring the clients needs are met and looked after. Furthermore, you will be helping train and develop a team to make sure they progress in their careers as well. You will be responsible for communicating with clients and third parties, ensure high standards are kept, identify improvement opportunities and ensure project records are maintained in line with procedures.
