JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to an Electrician to cover the Greater Manchester area with occasional travel to our schemes in the Cheshire area.

Working to deliver the best quality service, you'll join us to undertake electrical repairs, testing and installation works across your dedicated area, whilst complying with BS7671, ensuring implementation and compliance is in line with our Health and Safety Policy and procedures. You'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include additional duties appropriate to the role when required within a social housing setting.

You'll produce concise and accurate data records through PDA / mobile communication systems and reporting, ensuring tasks are completed right, first time, with materials and timescales both achievable and deliverable. Attending Team Briefs, Toolbox Talks and Technical Bulletins monthly, you'll demonstrate a positive, diverse and inclusive attitude to both internal and external customer and colleagues at all times.

This Electrical role will working 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday (40 hours per week).

Daily responsibilities will include:

Planned and preventative maintenance

Repair and replace electrical fittings

Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults

Carrying out work safely and efficiently

Building relationships with customers on site

Requirements for the role

NVQ3 or equivalent

18th Edition

 Multi Skilled

 2391 (desirable)

On offer is a competitive salary of £35,000. Additional overtime and on call available. My client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
