Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
3-5 PQE
Our client an award-winning reginal firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitors to join their busy team in Coventry.

Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Providing advice on transactions
- Supporting more junior members of the team
- Working on a full caseload of matters such as leases, sales, purchases, re-mortgages both registered and unregistered and leasehold/freehold
- Liaising with clients
- Supporting the overall department
- A minimum of three years' experience of running a varied Commercial Property caseload
- Fully qualified lawyer status (solicitor or FCILEx)
- Experience of using a legal case management system
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Own transport (essential due to office location which is not accessible via public transport)
