Position: Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site and phone support

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization

  • Assist in software, firmware, networking, and clinical applications support

  • Approximately 50-60% travel for exciting opportunities across the UK

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience in servicing and troubleshooting electrical/electronic equipment

  • Preferably experienced in servicing/installing medical imaging equipment

  • Knowledge in C.T. and N.M. would be a strength

  • Basic skills in handling computer software installations and upgrades

  • Autonomy: Able to work independently

  • Strong sense of customer service with excellent interpersonal skills
