Contracts Supervisor responsibilities:
- To assist the contracts manager in the day-to-day running of multiple projects across Berkshire and Oxfordshire
- Implement Health and Safety practices on site
- Support in the organisation of projects
- Procurement of distribution of materials
- Building rapport with managing staff and sub-contractors on site
- Liaising with staff and ensuring effective communication throughout the team and general smooth running of projects
To be successful in this role you will need:
- CSCS Card
- Full drivers license
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- In-depth knowledge of single ply roofing would be an advantage
