Structural Project Manager (Permanent)

Our client, a well-respected and rapidly growing engineering firm in the Northeast US, is seeking a Structural Project Manager with extensive Structural Engineering and/or GeoStructural skills. As a direct report to a company Vice President, the successful candidate will have full responsibilities for the complete management and delivery of projects of varying sizes.

Our client has an outstanding track record of successful completions of projects. With a focus on designing temporary support structures; shoring towers, trestles, temporary bridges, construction loading on structures, engineered lift plans; demolition & erection plans for buildings & bridges, alternative lifting operations, rigging design/analysis, and crane layout plans. With a strong focus on leading and mentoring a team of engineers, managing client relationships, and delivering a quality work product on time and budget is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Complete management and delivery of projects of varying sizes.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
- Manage client relationships.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
- P.E. License (and willingness to obtain in other states through reciprocity as project needs arise)
- 10+ Years of Experience in Structural Engineering of which at least 5 years' experience is in Construction Engineering
- Geo-Structural experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Proposal Writing
