Senior Practitioner - Safeguarding- £42 p/hr - Up to £100 p/w


NonStop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the South East who are looking for an experienced social worker to be a Senior Practitioner within their Safeguarding team.


They offer the opportunity to work from home which offers extra support for their workforce and helps assist with effective and efficient caseload management, giving you greater job satisfaction and flexibility.


You will be working as a part of multidisciplinary team, developing your knowledge of the different approaches of each case which will allow you to improve your skills and enhance your career progression opportunities.


Responsibilities:


* To assist assistant team manager and team manager by contributing to the planning and development of the service and to assist the management of the workflow.
* Undertake effective assessment of need, analysis and management of risk for allocated children and young people.

Requirements:


The role requires a recognised social work qualification and relevant post-qualification experience and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years post qualifying experience, ideally within Child Protection teams. You will also hold a full drivers license and have access to a vehicle.
