Our client presents a unique opportunity in Walloon Brabant, Belgium for a talented Training & Education Manager to join their pivotal stage medical device company. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all internal and external training and education related activities
- Assist in conducting comprehensive needs assessments and determine subsequent training and development
- Searches for gaps, performs interviews and consultation surveys with management to analyse training needs
- On-board new hires and assign them to training sessions
- Interoperative implant case support as part of surgeon and/or field expert training plan

Requirements:
- Experience in Training and Education, particularly in the field of sleep medicine
- Proficient in creating and delivering training content tailored for therapeutic settings
- Ability to travel up to 50% and fluency in Dutch and English
