Training & Education Manager - Sleep Specialist

My client is a steadily growing medical device company based in Walloon Brabant, Belgium and is currently seeking a Training & Education Manager with a focus on sleep studies and training content creation. Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for distributors and internal field staff
- Travel extensively across Europe to provide training at clinical trial and commercial sites, supporting sleep physicians in optimizing patient treatment
- Score sleep exams and studies, contributing to the understanding and improvement of patient outcomes

Requirements:

- Ability to travel approximately 50%/60%
- Proficiency in English and Dutch languages
- Experience in scoring sleep exams and studies
- Strong background in Training and Education, particularly in creating training content
