A leading organisation has several openings in its renowned program for Supervising/Fostering Social Workers in Jersey. Get acquainted with the Quality Assurance of Children's social care and preparing an organisation for inspection while benefiting from an access to Key Worker Accommodation, travel expenses, minimum three-month contract, immediate starts available and being outside IR35.

This role offers a chance for ambitious individuals to begin anew in Fostering in Jersey, fostering your career in an organisation dedicated to registering you with Social Work England and empowering permanent staff through mentoring and coaching.

The role:
Working alongside our permanent Quality Assurance Manager to get the organisation inspection-ready. It involves some mentoring and coaching of permanent staff to support them with embedding Jersey's Quality Assurance Framework in the service and ensuring that colleagues within the organisation are supported in improving identified areas of practice.

Requirements:
The successful candidate should have significant experience in undertaking Quality Assurance activities within Children's social care and preparing an organisation for inspection. Moreover, they should have a clear DBS (preferably on the DBS update service), copies of references for the past five years, active registration with Social Work England and be registered with Jersey Care Commission before the start date. The candidate should also have a clean current Driving License and be a resident in Jersey on a full-time basis.
