ATM - LAC/LCT Team - Outside IR35 £50ph Quick Start - Channel Islands

I am currently working with a Client in the Channel Isles, who is looking for experienced Senior Practitioner/Assistant Team Managers within their LAC and LCT Team within Children's service.

As such they are offering competitive rates up to £50ph and Outside IR35, meaning you'll be able to maintain a rate way above your regional rate and save money by working away from home. On top of this my client will also pay travel to and from the island for start and end of the contract.

Within this role you will be responsible for supporting the Team Manager and supervising ASYE social workers whilst holding a small protected caseload up to 5. Allowing you to reap managerial experience whilst also staying in touch with the heart of social work practice.

As well as being able to interview and start immediately my client will provide a full induction into the position so that you are able to hit the ground running in a new position and truly make a difference in the services you children and young people.

Please note this role is fully island based and cannot allow for hybrid/remote working. You will also be required to bring your car over, so only car drivers can apply.
