Senior Practitioner - Fostering - £49,498

NonStop Care is working with a Local Authority in the East of England in order to help them find a Senior Practitioner who can join their Fostering Team on a permanent basis.

They offer a very good salary, that can get up to £49,498, so you will be well rewarded for your work.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Practitioner will be part of the Fostering Support Team. You will provide support and supervision to a small caseload of foster families. You will also provide support to some of the less experienced Social Workers in the team.

They work therapeutically in order to make sure they provide the best level of support to the individual needs of the foster families and children and in their care.

The Senior Practitioner will have the flexibility to work from home and be in the office one day per week.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker or a Senior Practitioner and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a Child Protection or Looked After Children team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
