YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the installation and integration of our state-of-the-art systems at our second-largest facility in Switzerland.
* Collaborate closely with customers to conduct machine tests and oversee factory acceptance tests (FAT), ensuring compliance with specifications and requirements.
* Execute the commissioning of the machines and spearhead the final acceptance tests (SAT) at customer sites worldwide, resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise.
* Undertake service assignments at customer locations, providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise as needed.
* Deliver comprehensive training and instructions to our customers' employees, ensuring they are proficient in operating and maintaining our equipment.
* Engage in approximately 30% travel activities, with assignments ranging from 1 to a maximum of 5 weeks, to support installation, commissioning, and training efforts.
* Thrive in a dynamic international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* Hold an educational background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and/or automation engineering, with a focus on electrical skills preferred.
* Demonstrate an independent and proactive work ethic, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a goal-oriented approach to achieving objectives.
* Exhibit customer-oriented behavior, taking ownership of customer satisfaction and fostering collaborative relationships.
* Have a good command of spoken English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous and may be required depending on customer locations.
