XOL Underwriting Assistant - Birmingham - 6 month Contract
Our client, the world's largest publicly traded property and casualty insurer are looking to recruit for a 6 month period an experienced underwriting assistant within their Commercial lines Underwriter (there is the possibility of this becoming a permanent role).
Ideal candidate will have a proven track record of underwriting assistant duties within this specialist Insurance area within the Commercial Lines market. Assisting in handling New Business, Mid-Term alterations and Renewals negotiation. (The client is happy to consider candidates with previous Property or Casualty experience).
A strong customer service focus is required along with the ability to work well within a specialist underwriting team.
The role at this stage is specific to a 6 month Full time contract although there may be opportunities going forward for this role to be made permanent.
