A Quantity Surveyor is needed to work with a UK leading Construction company, who have developed their stellar reputation through delivering exceptional projects across the heart of East London and Essex. They are heavily involved in Commercial, Residential and mixed-use developments and work with some of the UK's leading property developers with project values varying from £50k to upwards of £50m.

Job description & Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor

Our client has several live projects across East London and the Essex area as well as a healthy pipeline of new-build projects.

Responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor will include preparing cost to complete documentation in line with the relevant timetable. You will be responsible for overseeing the commercial management, you will report to the Commercial Director and work within a close-knit team of surveyors and trainees. Ensuring that you produce accurate monthly accruals, and ensure predicted profitability is upheld through the life cycle of the development amongst various other responsibilities. You will be site based and office based.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying for Construction projects
  • Experience working with residential and commercial projects
  • Degree Qualified
