Estate Staff Supervisor (Contract)

Do you have caretaking or facilities management experience within a supervisory role? Southern Housing Group are recruiting an Estate Staff Supervisor to join our team in Theale, Reading on a 12-month, fixed term contract.

The Estate Staff Supervisor Role:

We are looking for a supervisor to lead and manage cleaning, gardening and caretaking staff working in our sheltered schemes for older people. You will provide leadership for your team, ensuring they proactively deliver excellent customer service and work closely with customers to manage expectations.

The Ideal Estate Staff Supervisor:

You should have experience of supervising staff, be an excellent communicator, good organiser and flexible to work across a number of sheltered schemes within a designated area. Ideally you will have experience of working with older people within a housing environment.

You must have possession of a valid driving licence as this is a field based role whereby you will be required to travel to different schemes/company offices. It is also essential that you have a vehicle that can be insured for business use.
