Account Executive - Learning and Development - £35k (Permanent)

Are you passionate about people development and have a genuine interest in talent management and other areas of HR consulting, if so this could be you dream role? A market leading HR consulting firm is looking to add an account executive to their team managing a number of large corporations both in terms of the day to day management of the relationship whilst also being responsible for the deliver aspects and acting as a project manager to ensure the client is satisfied with the delivery of the services they are purchasing.

The Role:
As an Account Executive you will be responsible for working with a number of large organisations and assisting there HR departments in a number of areas including payroll and benefits, talent management, HR insights etc. You will be the day to day point of contact for your clients and remain responsible for all aspects of the relationships including managing the project deliver as well as looking for cross and upsell opportunities within your account portfolio.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful Account Executive / Account Manager with a demonstrable track record of growing your account base as well as being involved in the project deliver within your account base. Any exposure or interest within the learning and development or talent management arenas is advantageous however not essential. You will be an effective communicator that is confident and capable of dealing with clients over the phone, face to face as well as via written communication.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of circa £28,000-£32,000 plus a very good benefits package that includes pension, health, etc as well as a bonus structure based on personal and company performance. Also on offer is the opportunity of working with a company that is growing and promotes from within so this could be the first step on the career ladder and this role could progress in to a full time position based on the companies aspirations of growing the business over the next 12 months.
