Personal Loans Underwriter (Permanent)

Successful Financial Services based in Blackpool have a vacancy for a Personal Loans Underwriter.

The purpose of the Personal Loans Underwriter will be making and receiving sales calls, updating the company systems.

Key responsibilities will be:

Take hotkeys from Lead providers

Make and Receive outbound and Inbound sales calls

Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

Analysing Clients current financial circumstances

Attend weekly sales Team Meetings

Accept/Reject client applications in line with current lending policies

Report any Incident as and when required

Report any Complaints raised by customers

Keep client files updated accordingly

Additional task as and when required

The successful Personal Loans Underwriter will...

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
