Client Partner - HR Consulting - £60k+ (Permanent)

An expanding market leading player in the human capital management space is looking to add to their London financial services team as part of their growth plans for 2018/2019. The Role:
Your role with be to pro-actively target new business opportunities within the corporate market in the London region. This will mean dealing with heads of HR, head of Talent and HR Business Partners with a customer based within the financial services community (retail banking, investment banking, insurance etc). You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to presenting and delivering a business case that delivers to the clients needs with new prospects as well as managing and growing revenue streams from a number of existing accounts within the portfolio

The Candidate:
You will be highly articulate sales professional with a demonstrable track record of success within the HR arena, whether that is in recruitment or another form of HR consulting / HR services is less important. What is more important is that you can demonstrate an interest / passion for human capital issues and working with companies to help them develop their staff. You will also need to be someone that is capable of looking after some large financial services clients and someone that is committed to the role.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience with a generous benefits package including pension, health, gym membership and uncapped ote £55,000-£70,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target. Also on offer is a recognised training program as well working with a company that is growing and promotes from within so this could be the first step on the career ladder of a very successful business.
