Job Title: Passive Fire Inspector
Salary: £30000
Location: Reading

We are currently recruiting for a Passive Fire Inspector for a company based in Reading area. Excellent Salary and benefits package, company car, Christmas gifts, Free lunch and much more.

The main purpose of the Passive Fire Inspector role is to complete surveys within time-scales, to accurately assess and record defects and provide clear remedial notes for sales team, to work closely with the Contracts Team Leader, Survey Scheduler and communicate well with the office. The successful candidate will have to work well in a remote working environment.

Work the Passive Fire Inspector will be accountable for:

-Health check Inspections, Asset Labelling and writing up the reports for these as required
-Surveying for installations if required
-Supervise subcontractors conducting remedial works
-Assess quality of workmanship by those conducting remedial works
-Reporting on a daily basis to Contracts Team Leader/Service Scheduler
-Technical support with regard to properties
-Assistance to project manager due to knowledge of the buildings

Personal Qualities for the Passive Fire Inspector:

-Presentable appearance
-Good communicator
-Competent in the use of Excel and Word and IT equipment
-Prepared to travel
-Flexible approach to working hours
-Able to read and understand construction drawings
-Prepared to keep learning

Working days hours:

Monday to Friday office hours
